Student Placement Services

Student Compliance/Verification



Student Placement Services (SPS) are responsible for verifying student compliance as per current Ministry policy. The student verification process includes;

  • Australian National Police Checks
  • Overseas Police Checks
  • NSW Health Code of Conduct
  • Blood Borne Virus Declaration (selected disciplines only)
  • Immunisations
    • Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (dTpa)
    • Hepatitis B
    • Measles, Mumps & Rubella
    • Varicella
    • Tuberculosis
    • Influenza (annually)
    • COVID 19

Students must be compliant or temporary compliant before their first placement. Students must be compliant for the entire duration of their placement. Students who are not compliant or who’s National Police Check will expire before the end date of their placement, will have their placement automatically cancelled in ClinConnect 7days before it is due to start.
