Program Overview

The BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is designed for emerging and developing leaders across SWSLHD who want to build practical leadership capability in real workplace settings. This program is contextualised specifically for SWSLHD, using policies, frameworks, case studies and workplace tasks that reflect the health environment.

What you will Learn

You will develop skills to:

• Lead people and teams, including communication, relationships, team performance and difficult conversations
• Manage workplace operations by planning, organising resources and running productive meetings
• Think critically and solve problems in a health context
• Set priorities, self-manage and build leadership capability
• Apply NSW Health policies, frameworks and legislation in daily practice
