Nursing & Midwifery Operational Assessments

All Nursing and Midwifery competency assessments are to be recorded in My Health Learning (MHL) as Operational Assessments (OAs). Refer to the Memorandum outlining this directive.

The Education and Organisational Development Service (EODS) are the custodians of the SWSLHD Nursing and Midwifery Competency Assessments Register as the operational assessments are created and managed by the EODS – Learning Hub team in MHL. This register provides a comprehensive list of all OAs that are currently available in MHL.

Want to create a new OA in MHL?

To create a new operational assessment in MHL, the requestor is required to complete the following steps:

1. Complete the Request Form.  Download the Form.
2. Complete the Competency Assessment Tool.  Download the Assessment Tool.
3. Submit the Request Form + Assessment Tool to EODS via email.
