Mandatory Education
All courses that come up with a red flag in My Health Learning (MHL) are deemed mandatory and are required to be completed by NSW Health employees.

SWSLHD CE Directed Training
In addition to Mandatory Education, the SWSLHD Chief Executive requires SWSLHD employees to complete additional training.

Orientation
Facility Orientation
Staff new to SWSLHD or staff moving to another role within SWSLHD are required to completed Facility Orientation.
Nursing & Midwifery Orientation
Nursing & Midwifery staff are required to complete the Nursing & Midwifery Orientation on the same day after Facility Orientation.
