GradStart Program - Support

The GradStart Program is conducted over a 12-month period and consists of:

• corporate and workplace orientation
• five paid education support days
• two  6-month supported clinical rotations
• monthly education and support forums
• supportive debriefing sessions

Support Staff

• A committed and supportive program coordinator
• CNEs are involved in orientation,  induction and onboarding and provide ongoing clinical support and skills development
• A dedicated team of preceptors  to support  you in the clinical environment
• Nurse/Midwifery Unit Manager to support and provide feedback on progress and peformance
• Staff Wellbeing and Support Service provides free and strictly confidential counselling
• After Hours support that includes senior clinical staff and managers
