Neurology Department

About us

The Neurology Department at Campbelltown provides inpatient and outpatient services for a wide range of neurological problems. Inpatient services provided include acute stroke thrombolysis and four-bed monitored acute Stroke Care unit, in addition to multidisciplinary approach to other simple and complex neurological problems.

Outpatient Services

The following outpatient services are provided:
 

  • Weekly  General neurological outpatient clinics
  • Monthly Neurogenetics clinic
  • Weekly Nurse led stroke clinic,
  • EEG services.

Education:

The Department of neurology is involved in undergraduate medical training of students from University of Western Sydney and in post graduate physician training . We are involved in multi centre research projects and offer research projects for student at the University of Western Sydney.
