The Service Directory provides an overview of each of the SWSLHD Aboriginal health programs, referral pathways and the key contacts. The Directory was developed to assist internal staff and external stakeholders to identify and navigate the range of Aboriginal Health services and programs available.
- SWSLHD Didja Know
Didja Know has been adapted to answer commonly asked questions relating to Aboriginal people and communities and is designed to assist health staff improve service provision to Aboriginal people. We trust that this booklet will reinforce and build on the knowledge staff obtain from their Respecting the Difference training and improve NSW Health’s capacity to meet the health needs of Aboriginal communities.
