This course will provide SWSLHD employees Customer Service training including a CORE Customer Service Model to support Customer Service skills. Health staff will specifically focus on the key aspects of Customer Service including staff approach to effective Customer Service.

This course will build on CORE Customer Service Basics by way of reviewing communication styles and techniques when dealing with Customers in the workplace. Students will participate in scenarios sourced from “real life” events in order to resolve and attempt to de-escalate various situations. This may include dealing with challenging and aggressive situations staff encounter in their workplace.
