The Administration Courses provide a structured learning pathway for administrative staff in SWSLHD at various career stages. Beginning with the Administration Basics course, staff are introduced to essential digital tools for communication and collaboration, including Co-Pilot features. This short, trial-based course is ideal for those new to administrative roles or seeking foundational skills in Microsoft Teams.
Progressing through the pathway, the Intermediate/Adept course builds on core competencies with a focus on writing, Excel, staff management, and adapting to new technologies. It is tailored for AO 3–4 level staff with over three years of experience.
The final tier, Administration Community of Practice, is a full-day program held quarterly, designed for senior staff (AO 5+, AO 6, HM1). It emphasizes leadership, emotional intelligence, and strategic communication, aligning with national standards and district goals for continuous improvement and workforce capability.
