The Corporate and Support Services team within the Education and Organisational Development Services (EODS) delivers a diverse range of educational programs designed to support staff development and enhance service delivery across the LHD. These offerings include both mandatory training and targeted professional development opportunities.
Courses and initiatives span key areas such as nationally recognised qualification, administration, customer service, coaching, health and safety, violence prevention and strategic operations. Highlights include the Certificate III in Health Administration, CORE Customer Service training, Corporate Services Pathway Program, and the annual Corporate Services Conference. Programs such as Manual Handling, Violence Prevention and Management and Health and Safety Representatives ensure staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and effectively.
