Patient Experience TeamWe find that most of your concerns can be resolved by speaking with a staff member in the area of treatment. If you are not happy with any aspect of your care, please ask to speak with the Team Leader (TL) or Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in the area of treatment as soon as possible. The NUM is available during business hours and their name and contact number can be found at the entry to each department/unit. If some extra support is required from a Patient Liaison Officer, please speak with a member of our Patient Experience team. Their role is to help you and your family to resolve complaints, investigate any concerns raised and follow up to ensure appropriate changes to organisational protocols and policies are made, if required.
