Patient Liaison Officer

If you have any concerns regarding the care you or your family receive at Bowral & District Hospital, you are encouraged to speak with the Patient Liaison Officer. Their role is to help you and your family to resolve complaints, investigate any concerns raised and follow up to ensure appropriate changes to organisational protocols and policies are made.
