Transport and parking
Bowral & District Hospital is a 15-20 minute walk from Bowral town centre and a 20-30 minute walk from Bowral Railway Station. There are footpaths and walking tracks from Bowral Pool to East Bowral.
There a no pedestrian crossings on Bowral Street, please take care crossing the road.
CityRail and CountryLink services can be accessed via Bowral Railway Station.

Buses to Bowral & District Hospital
Berrima Buslines operate Monday to Friday and Saturday till noon.
Routes 811, 814, 815 and 817 service Bowral & District Hospital.

As of 2019, many changes are occurring to parking at Bowral Hospital due to Redevelopment.
Parking areas are as follows as of January 2019;
• Bowral St entrance (P1), This carpark will close at the commencement of the main build in the coming months, after that Emergency Department short term parking is via 20min parking spots at the base of the ambulance ramp (right side). Urgent and disabled patient drop off and access to ED reception is via 2 x PICK UP/SET DOWN AREA (blue signs) spaces at the top of the ambulance ramp, this includes wheelchair taxis, strictly NO PARKING. All long term parking is street parking or the below parking areas.
• Mona Rd entrance (P2), has 31 time restricted spaces; these included 2 x disabled, 2 x pathology outpatient and pick up/set down area. This car park allows level access to Pathology Department, Admissions and a short walk to main entrance, also used for non-ambulance transport services during business hours.
• Ascot Rd entrance (P3) Largest car park, 5 x disabled spaces, 1 x pick up/set down area and time restricted spaces. This car park allows easy access to all Allied Health, Cardiac Assessment Unit, Outpatients, Old Hospital and access to main hospital via covered walkway.
• Sheffield St (P4) Only disabled Radiology access and service entrance
Visitors to Bowral Hospital can use surrounding roads to park if no mobility limitation. Parking available most times of the day within 200 meters of hospital.
