Health screening stations open

To help ensure the protection of staff, patients and community from the coronavirus (COVID-19), health screening stations have been set up at all south western Sydney public hospitals and services.

All staff and visitors entering Bowral & District, Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool and Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospitals and District services, such as Mental Health and Community Health, will be checked for flu-like symptoms at the screening stations.

They will be asked if they have flu-like symptoms and have their temperature checked.

Anyone who has both flu-like symptoms and a temperature will be sent to a Flu Assessment Centre where they will tested for COVID-19.

They will also have to self-isolate at home until they receive their results.
