If you are an SWSLHD staff member, you can access REDCap via SWSLHD-REDCap@health.nsw.gov.au. This is the generic mailbox used for general assistance with your REDCap projects or help with administering your project.

You can also now log tickets via SARA.

_{Using REDCap for Electronic Consent (e-Consent)}

Electronic Consent (e-Consent) is a way for consenting participants using a computer-based consent form rather than traditional paper documentation. Consent forms can be implemented in a REDCap project via a survey.

You can utilise REDCap to obtain e-Consent from participants using a computer based online consent form. If you wish to do so, view the following steps:
