Gynaecology Services
The department runs regular Gynaecology outpatient clinics on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The clinic is staffed with Gynaecologist and trained registrars. Patients with general Gynaecology conditions and Gynae-Endocrinology disorders can be referred by their family doctors or other specialists. Minor procedures such as colposcopy, cervical polypectomy, IUCD insertion and removal, endometrial biopsy etc. are commonly performed as part of the outpatient services. Campbelltown Hospital Gynaecology clinic is also one of the accredited training sites for the clinicial part of the IUCD insertion program for NSW Family Planning Association.
