The Clinical Information Department (CID) is responsible for the creation, processing, storing and controlling the access to and distribution of clinical records to maintain confidentiality and assist in the continuum of patient care.

The Clinical Information Service comprises of Campbelltown and Camden Clinical Information Departments. There is one management team that is responsible for staff and functions at both sites. This team consists of the following four Health Information Managers and one Coordinator:

Hours of Operation:

Campbelltown Hospital

Urgent records/information retrieval: 7:30AM – Midnight, 7 days a week including public holidays.

All other CID services: Monday to Friday: 7:30 – 17:00 hours.

Camden Hospital

All CID services: Monday to Friday: 7:30 – 16:30 hours (except public holidays).
