Workshops

South Western Sydney Local Health District offers FREE workshops each year to up-skill and support educators in the Munch & Move program and encourage teaching of healthy eating and physical activity in services. This is an opportunity for educators to network with other local childhood educators and share ideas. Past workshops have focused on FMS and Menu planning.

In-service Training
In-service Training is delivered by Munch & Move Health Promotion Officers to up-skill educators in Munch & Move key messages. This can assist educators to work better as a team in delivering healthy eating and physical activity messages to children and families. Contact your Munch & Move buddy to arrange in-service training.

Contact South Western Sydney for more workshop information including dates and locations.
