Oral Health Services (Dental) provides access to general dental care to the eligible residents of South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD). SWSLHD covers the local government areas (LGAs) of Bankstown, Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Wingecarribee and Wollondilly.
Digital Referral Pathways to SWSLHDSouth Western Sydney Local Health District receives outpatient referrals through Consultmed, our secure online referral platform. This helps referrals reach the right service and supports timely review and processing. Referrals can be submitted in one of three ways
1. For your GP or other Healthcare Provider
Please speak with your GP, specialist, allied health professional or primary care provider and ask them to submit your referral through Consultmed. Healthcare providers can create a free, secure account or log in using the link below. Access Consultmed
2. For NSW Health Staff
NSW Health staff can submit referrals to SWSLHD services through Consultmed. Staff can log in securely using their StaffLink credentials. Staff Login
3. For Patients or Carers
