The Feto-Maternal Unit is continually auditing practice.

Previously we have reviewed amniocentesis/CVS outcomes, Rhesus Disease (Rh negative) and fetal DNA testing, follow up of the development of Monochorionic Twins and Intra Uterine Growth Restriction, fetal ventriculomegaly and the use of MRI in pregnancy.

Examination of the placenta for monochorionic twins following birth is an importanat part of the evaluation and correlation of care.
