Strategic objectives
Our Operational Plan helps us to work towards the common
strategic objectives of the Sydney South West Area Cancer
Services, the 7 priorities are:

Organisational Structure
Our structure will provide operational governance for the staff
and departments of Cancer Services, governed by dedicated
committees focussing on specific areas for improvement and
excellence. Our direction is monitored through the Area Cancer
Services strategic plan, and operational goals are reported on
regularly to ensure we are providing the best cancer treatment
and care for our patients.
