To assist patient recovery, a limit of four visitors per patient at any one time is recommended. The Coronary Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit, Mental Health Unit and NICU all have a limit of two visitors per patient at any one time. Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times and we urge all visitors to wash their hands before and after their visit, to reduce the transfer of infections.

All visitors are asked to refrain from entering the hospital if they have flu-like symptoms, are suffering from an active infection or have recently been in contact with someone who has an infection or has been exposed to infection.
