Thank you for planning your visit to Bowral & District Hospital. We welcome visitors to our facility and recognise the important role that family, friends and carers play in the lives of our patients.

Visiting hours in speciality areas such as Intensive Care and Birthing Unit may vary. If you would like to visit a patient in any area outside of the general visiting hours, please ask a member of the nursing staff who will be able to discuss visiting options with you.

When visiting we ask that you please:

• follow signage and instructions from the staff - including wearing masks/gowns when required to protect our patients, or yourself, from infection
• maintain good hand hygiene

To protect our patients and staff, if you are unwell, or experiencing respiratory symptoms, please avoid visiting until you are well. We encourage you to use technology, where possible, to check in with loved ones. Patients are able to access free WiFi within the facilty. Alternatively, there is a cordless phone in each area for patients who do not have a mobile phone.
