Donation

Donations and bequests to Fairfield Hospital assist with the replacement of medical equipment, hospital resources and the continuation of clinical services. Any donations, whether large or small, are greatly appreciated and valued by the patients and staff of Fairfield Hospital.

Making a Donation

You can provide your donation to us in a number of ways:

• Send a cheque (payable to Fairfield Hospital), along with a completed Donation Brochure, to the Revenue Manager, Fairfield Hospital P.O. Box 5 Fairfield NSW 1860.

• Direct deposit facilities are available, please contact the Revenue Manager on 02 9616 8109 for further information.

• Cash and credit card payments (MasterCard and Visa) can be made at Fairfield Hospital. Please see the cashier located in the main foyer of the Hospital near the Security Office.

You can request that your donation is used to support education and research, purchase medical equipment, or benefit a specific area or ward of Fairfield Hospital.

In Memoriam

Many families request that family and friends make an "In Memoriam" donation in lieu of flowers when they lose a loved one. It's a meaningful way to express sympathy.
If you would like to make an "In Memoriam" donation to Fairfield Hospital, please contact the Revenue Manager on 9616 8109 or complete the Donation Brochure and send it to the Revenue Manager, Fairfield Hospital P.O. Box 5 Fairfield NSW 1860.

Tax-deductable receipts

Under Australian taxation law, receipts can only be provided for taxation purposes if someone provides a donation. A donation is defined as a gift given voluntarily that provides no material benefit to the donor. Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible.
