Welcome to the Strategy and Partnerships Directorate (SAPD)
We are all about forging strong partnerships and driving forward-thinking initiatives to benefit our community. Our directorate is a hub of dynamic teams, each with a unique focus but a shared commitment to excellence. We help to oversee partnerships with key stakeholders and supports the Local Health District (LHD) in strategic collaborations.
What We Do:
- Clinical Services Planning: We help to plan and develop services that meet the needs of our community. Recent and current projects include Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment, Liverpool Health and Arts Precinct (stage 1) and the Fairfield and Bankstown Hospital Redevelopments.
- Strategic Projects and Planning: Our team designs and implements strategic plans that shape the future of our health district. From the big picture down to the nitty-gritty details, we help to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Research Directorate: We are dedicated to boosting our district's research profile. Our work includes supporting academic units, reviewing ethics applications, or enhancing our clinical trials capacity. Click here for more information.
