Our purpose is to enhance business and clinical processes and support innovation across the SWSLHD particularly to meet the needs of an ever expanding population and redeveloped facilities.

The way we do this is:

  • Provide an internal consulting service to all facilities across SWSLHD
  • Being instrumental in project development and implementation including procurement activities
  • Being involved in partnerships for greater efficiencies and quality outcomes
  • Researching evidence-based models of care and services that are efficient, integrated, responsive, cost effective and strengthen the service, patient and client outcomes
  • Managing programs and assessing projects and efficiency
  • Connecting with external entities on behalf of SWSLHD
