Redevelopment

The Commonwealth Government and NSW Government have committed $630 million to upgrade and expand Fairfield Hospital to respond to the health needs of the growing local community. The redevelopment will create modern facilities which support nurses, doctors and other healthcare staff to deliver the best possible care to the community. The redevelopment is now in the planning stage. Planning identifies what services will be needed in the future, and the best way to develop facilities to support those services.
