Patient Liaison Officer

If you have any concerns or appreciation regarding the care you or your family receive at Fairfield Hospital, you are encouraged to speak with the Patient Liaison Officer. Their role is to help you and your family to resolve complaints, investigate any concerns raised and follow up to ensure appropriate changes to organisational protocols and policies are made.

The Patient Liaison Officer will also assist you in conveying your compliments to the appropriate staff.

We find that most of your questions can be resolved by speaking with ward staff so ask to speak to the Nurse Unit Manager, however if you require some extra guidance, don't hesitate to contact the Patient Liaison Officer during business hours on 02 9616 8124.
