Grants

Applying for a grant?

All applications involving SWSLHD as a lead or partnering organisation must submit the 'Grant Application Intention to Submit Form' The form must be completed by the lead SWSLHD investigator on this application and signed by all relevant Heads of Department.

Please ensure you provide:

  1. All relevant grant submission details.
  2. All relevant project contributions as stated in your application.
  3. Appropriate sign offs from your Head of Department/s.

Please submit this form to SWSLHD-ResearchDirectorate@health.nsw.gov.au at least THREE (3) weeks before the grant submission date.

For any or expedited turnarounds*, please contact 0419 462 066 or via the email above.

All applications must submit this form, whether you require a letter of support or not.

 

Need a Letter of Support or Director/Chief Executive approval as part of your application?

Please ensure you also complete Section 3 of the ‘Grant Application Intention to Submit Form’.

If you need to add additional information on your in-kind contributions, please attach the completed Grant Application Contributions Document with your application.
