Liverpool Hospital Ophthalmology Service accepts referrals from ophthalmologists as well as providing inpatient consultation. Liverpool orthoptic clinic works in partnership with Liverpool ophthalmology clinic and accepts referrals from consultants, optometrists, community orthoptists, allied health and the StEPS program. This clinic can be contacted on: - 8738 4598 Campbelltown Paediatric Ophthalmology Service accepts referrals including referrals from Statewide Eyesight Preschooler Screening (StEPS) clinics. This helps referrals reach the right service and supports timely review and processing. Referrals can be submitted in one of three ways
1. For your GP or other Healthcare Provider

2. For NSW Health Staff
NSW Health staff can submit referrals to SWSLHD services through Consultmed. Staff can log in securely using their StaffLink credentials. Staff Login
