Emergency Preparedness

We collaborate with the NSW Ministry of Health, healthcare and aged care facilities, and partner agencies to prepare for, prevent, respond to, and recover from emergencies and major incidents. Through effective planning and preparation, we aim to minimise the impact of various emergencies on public health, including:

• Natural disasters and severe weather events
• Infectious disease outbreaks and food safety threats
• Chemical and radiation emergencies
