Homes and Health Partnership

The Homes and Health Partnership has been informed by, and aligns with, the directions of the NSW Premiers priority areas. Homes NSW and Population Health have had formal partnership agreement in place since 2009.

Homes NSW and Population Health are working together to improve the health and wellbeing of the residents of social housing in south western Sydney. The Partnership sits under the overarching SWSLHD and Department of Communities and Justice Collaborative Agreement.
