Stepping OnStepping On is a FREE 7-week falls prevention program for older adults in SWSLHD. The program provides information on how to reduce the risk of falling and maximise independence at home. Stepping on is delivered in English and other languages across the district.

Healthy and Active for Life Online is a FREE 10-week healthy lifestyle and home exercise program for older adults living in SWSLHD. The program provides information on various topics, including healthy eating and physical activity, and is designed to help older adults make small, sustainable changes that will improve their health.

Clinical Excellence CommissionThe Clinical Excellence Commission has links to best-practice guidelines for hospitals, community and residential aged care. Flyers, posters and brochures are also available, offering consumers further information on issues such as home safety, home exercises, vision and medications which impact the older person's risk of falling.
