Head2work is a rehabilitation service of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit (BIRU) at Liverpool Hospital, providing work rehabilitation programs for people with traumatic brain injury living in South and South Western Sydney.

Head2work is an approved provider of services in the WorkCover NSW scheme; and also provides services within the motor vehicle accident insurance schemes and for people without compensation.
