Access

The Mental Health Line is a single number, state-wide 24-hour mental health telephone access and information service.
Anyone with a mental health concern can use the Mental Health Line to speak with a mental health professional and be directed to the right care for them.
Carers, other health professionals and emergency service workers can also use the Mental Health Line for advice about a person’s clinical symptoms, the urgency of the need for care and local treatment options.
Interpreter Services
The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) provides telephone interpreting. You can call this number and they will help you by connecting you with someone who speaks your language.

National Relay Service
If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impediment, you can use the National Relay Service to call the numbers listed for help. Information can be found here.
You can get a mental health assessment without a medical appointment at the locations below between 8.30am – 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.
