Patient Experience Manager

If you have any concerns regarding the care you or your family receive at Camden and Campbelltown Hospitals, you are encouraged to speak with the Patient Experience Manager. Their role is to help you and your family to resolve complaints, investigate any concerns raised and follow up to ensure appropriate changes to organisational protocols and policies are made.
