We also provide for Child Protection Services. When making a booking for an interpreter, please have the following information ready:

  • Language and dialect required - country of birth does not always define the language your client speaks - see Languages of the World
  • If you are unsure what language your client speaks, this Language Identification Chart, Languages of the world, may help
  • Preferred date, time and duration of the interview
  • Exact location
  • Client/patient's name or MRN and date of birth
  • Health Care Provider’s name and title

Please be prepared to:

  • Negotiate time
