Business and Collaboration

Business and Collaboration is responsible for ensuring that the whole of Population Health achieves its strategic priorities within the resources available, with appropriate attention paid to planning and reporting, budgetary control, workforce development and training, workforce safety, risk management, facility and asset management and quality management. The team also establishes and manages partnerships with external organisations that contribute to Population Health outcomes.
