On the day

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
You will undergo our usual health screening at the entrance to our vaccination hub including QR code registration with the Service NSW app.
You will then head to the reception area and on to the waiting area to ensure that all the details in your ‘Health Screening’ questionnaire are still correct.
When your name is called, you will follow the arrows on the floor to the vaccine room.
It is important that you remain in the observation area for at least 15 minutes after receiving your vaccine.
Those with certain allergies or health issues will be asked to stay 30 minutes.
If you experience issues accessing registration, please contact your site coordinator.
