Friday	HIV	9.00am- 12:30pm

(Admin Staff will be available to take bookings from Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 1.00pm & 2.00pm - 3.00pm)

A referral from your doctor is required for Bulk Billing.

Fax your referral letter to 8738 8297, or bring the referral letter to the clinic.
