Management Trainee 2017
Management Trainee 2017
The Graduate Health Management Program is renowned for the support provided to graduates both during and after the program. Support is provided in a number of ways throughout the program, both formal and informal, including:
Support groups will occur on a monthly basis, whereby you will have an informal lunch meeting with the GHMP support group. This group consists of the Chief Executive, GHMP Coordinator, Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, Mentors, University Masters Coordinator and other current GHMP trainees.
Mentoring throughout the program will occur with your placement supervisors. These mentors will be your managers during each placement and will provide advice and guidance throughout the placements, in addition to providing tasks for you to complete as part of your learning and development.
Informal sessions will be held with the GHMP Coordinator during each placement. The Manager will visit you at your placement to discuss your development and ensure any issues you have within your placement are dealt with.
All graduates from the program are available and willing to assist you in any queries you may have both during and after the program. The graduates have formed a tight bond over the years and often catch up, both at work and socially outside of work.
