Eligibility

Graduates should be vibrant, motivated and confident individuals who are looking for an extensive career within the public health system. We are looking for innovative trainees who are keen to work within a challenging and ever changing environment and who thrive on making a difference.

Applications will be assessed based on a number of attributes including:

  • Analytical thinking
  • Decision making skills
  • Communication skills
  • Leadership and management abilities and qualities

In order to be eligible for the program you must have completed a tertiary degree from a recognised University by the start of the program in February. A range of degrees will be accepted into the program, with past Graduates having entered the program with a wide range of degrees including:

  • Accounting
  • Arts
  • Business
  • Economics
  • Health related degrees
  • Human Resources
  • Law
  • Medical and Health Sciences
  • Nursing
  • Science

Please note, you MUST be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident of Australia or hold a permanent (not temporary or provisional) work visa to be eligible to apply for this program.
