Organising your own fundraising activity is a great way to get involved, have fun and raise funds to help purchase valuable medical equipment and resources to enhance the quality of patient care for Fairfield Hospital. If you have a fundraising idea for your friends, school, class, workplace, sports or community club, we would love to hear from you.
There are lots of ways that you, your school or local community can fundraise, but don't let us limit your imagination!
To ensure we comply with Charitable Regulations Guidelines, we ask you to complete an authority to fundraise form and send it to us for review and approval. Please post the completed form to General Managers Unit, Fairfield Hospital, PO Box 5 NSW 1851 or email it to SWSLHD-FairfieldGeneralManagersUnit@health.nsw.gov.au
You can provide your donation to us in a number of ways:

Donations can be made easily and securely through the hospital’s Westpac donation page on the website.
Direct deposit facilities are available, please contact the Marketing & Events Manager on 02 9616 8102 for further information.
