Support Us - Fundraising

Organising your own fundraising activity is a great way to get involved, have fun and raise funds to help purchase valuable medical equipment and resources to enhance the quality of patient care for Fairfield Hospital. If you have a fundraising idea for your friends, school, class, workplace, sports or community club, we would love to hear from you.

There are lots of ways that you, your school or local community can fundraise, but don't let us limit your imagination!

Some ideas include:

  2. Sausage sizzle
  3. Trivia night
  4. Fun run/walk
  5. Mufti day
  6. Cake stall
  7. Raffle
  8. Auction
  9. Charity ball
  10. Golf day
  11. Percentage of sale proceeds
  12. Vehicle rally
  13. Donation box
  14. Fete
  15. Family fun day

Before you start

To ensure we comply with Charitable Regulations Guidelines, we ask you to complete an authority to fundraise form and send it to us for review and approval. Please post the completed form to General Managers Unit, Fairfield Hospital, PO Box 5 NSW 1851 or email it to SWSLHD-FairfieldGeneralManagersUnit@health.nsw.gov.au

Making your donation

You can provide your donation to us in a number of ways:

  • Send a cheque (payable to SWSLHD Fairfield Hospital) to The Revenue Manager, PO Bo 5, Fairfield NSW 1860.

  • Donations can be made easily and securely through the hospital’s Westpac donation page on the website.

  • Direct deposit facilities are available, please contact the Marketing & Events Manager on 02 9616 8102 for further information.

  • Cash and credit card payments (MasterCard and Visa) can be made at Fairfield Hospital. Please see the cashier located in the front foyer.

Tax-deductable receipts

Support Us - Fundraising

Under Australian taxation law, receipts can only be provided for taxation purposes if someone provides a donation. A donation is defined as a gift given voluntarily that provides no material benefit to the donor. Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible.
