Cardiology Department

The Fairfield Hospital Cardiology Department provides a number of diagnostic and treatment services for patients with suspected and confirmed heart disease. We have a Cardiac Diagnostics Lab and work closely with Liverpool Hospital Cardiology to provide to our patients with additional services [eg. angiograms].

Cardiac Rehabilitation

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Service provides support and understanding for people with heart disease and their families so that they may better manage their health in consultation with their medical team. The Service provides interventions for those newly diagnosed with any type of heart disease through to those with advanced heart disease, and can be provided at the clinic, in the home or via telephone. Our team include specialist doctors, nurses, exercise specialist, psychologist and dietician.
