Welcome to The Drug & Alcohol Youth Services (DAYS)

A free, confidential and safe service for young people aged 12-25 seeking help with drug and alcohol use.
We support young people, their families, and the community to get the care and information they need to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

Facing challenges around drug and alcohol use can be difficult. Whether seeking support for yourself or someone you care about, we can help work through challenges in a safe way.

People can:

• Meet us in a safe and private way that you choose, in person, over the phone, or in a safe location.
• Ask questions about drugs and how they impact on you or someone you know.
• Connect you to other health and support services.
• Talk to our Aboriginal Health Worker or Peer Worker.

What happens when I contact DAYS?

• Our team will talk with you about what is going on and what you need help with.
• We will talk about your options and work with you on where you are, and where you want to go.
• This can include changing, reducing or stopping your drug use.
• We are happy to work just with you, or with other services you already see.
• What you tell us stays private. We follow NSW laws to make sure your information is safe and protected.
