Mandatory Education

Mandatory training is training that employees and contractors must complete if they work for NSW Health. All NSW Health staff must complete core mandatory training. Depending on your role or the area you work in, you may be required to complete extra training essential for that role/location.

The Mandatory Training Matrix provides an overview of mandatory training requirements for all NSW Health staff groups.

Where possible mandatory training is targeted at a State-wide level using the Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupation (ANZSCO) codes that are used within Stafflink. Further ANZSCO code details are included in the Matrix document.

If you have any questions about your ANZSCO code, please speak to your manager or the SWSLHD Stafflink team via email at: SWSLHD-Stafflink@health.nsw.gov.au
