Information Stalls

The Carers Program often partners with Carer Gateway (Wellways) to provide information stalls throughout health facilities. 

The information stalls allow patients, carers, visitors and staff to:

• Ask questions
• Learn about Carer Gateway services
• Speak directly to a Carer Gateway representative.
