Our art therapy explores watercolour still life painting. It’s a great opportunity to lose yourself in the task, or to have a chat. Everyone from beginners to skilled artists can join. Come along have a cup of tea or coffee, and paint away your worries for an hour.
Patients enjoy the control and expressive qualities of making art. Art is also a way to connect with other people who are in similar situations.

Laurel has a natural talent that she has expressed throughout her life in watercolour. She loves to share her gift, and has been instructing for many years. She is easy to talk to, and puts people at ease with her relaxed and ever-calm manner. She is a delight to work with, and all our patient feedback about this course is positive, they get a lot out of it.
