The South Western Sydney Stuttering Unit is recognised nationally as a leading speech pathology service for people who stutter. We strive to provide excellence in clinical care and outcomes for people who stutter across the lifespan. We assess and treat people of all ages who stutter, provide consultation and continuing education to speech pathologists, and conduct clinical research in stuttering treatment. While providing local stuttering treatment services, national and international consultation and teaching are also a major focus. We work closely with the Australian Stuttering Research Centre, University of Technology Sydney.
