Information about Antenatal Clinic appointments:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointments
  • Please note that you will be seen according to your scheduled appointment time, not the time you arrive in the clinic.
  • Please note that if you arrive early for your appointment, you will not be seen before women who have earlier appointments scheduled.
  • Please be aware that the Doctor's clinics can often run behind schedule, so you may have to wait to see a doctor.
  • If you have a low risk pregnancy, your care will be with a midwife or GP. If you are unsure why you are in the doctor's clinic—ask a midwife. The midwife will review your notes to ensure you are in the correct clinic.
